DUREE DU SEJOUR
Le client s’engage pour une durée déterminée et ne pourra en aucune circonstance se prévaloir d’un quelconque droit au maintien dans les lieux, le mail de confirmation tenant lieu de contrat.
VALIDATION D’UNE RESERVATION
Les séjours sont garantis uniquement par la réception d’arrhes déductibles de la facture à votre arrivée. Les arrhes sont encaissées.
ARRHES DEMANDÉES
– Pour 1 nuitée, la totalité du séjour,
– Pour les autres séjours : 30% du prix total du séjour
Soit par chèque à l’ordre de « Le Clos d’Any »
Soit par virement bancaire sans frais.
C’est à partir de l’encaissement des arrhes que votre réservation sera ferme. Le versement d’arrhes implique l’acceptation des présentes conditions générales de vente des chambres d’hôtes.
Le versement des arrhes doit intervenir sous 10 jours après la réservation.
ANNULATION PAR LE CLIENT
Toute annulation doit être notifiée par lettre envoyée à Le Clos d’Any, 1 Lardon à FONTET 33190 ou par mail contact@leclosdany.com
ANNULATION AVANT LE DEBUT DU SEJOUR
– Si l’annulation intervient plus de 72H avant le début du séjour, les arrhes restent acquises au propriétaire,
– Si l’annulation intervient moins de 72H avant le début du séjour, les arrhes restent acquises au propriétaire qui se réserve le droit de réclamer le solde du prix de l’hébergement,
– Si le client ne se manifeste pas avant 19 heures le jour prévu de début du séjour, le présent contrat devient nul de plein droit et le propriétaire peut disposer de ses chambres d’hôtes. Les arrhes restent acquises au propriétaire qui se réserve le droit de réclamer le solde du prix de l’hébergement.
– En cas de séjour écourté, le prix correspondant au coût de l’hébergement reste intégralement acquis au propriétaire.
ANNULATION PAR LE PROPRIETAIRE
Lorsqu’ avant le début du séjour, le propriétaire annule le séjour, il doit informer son client par mail ou à défaut par téléphone. Le client, sans préjuger des recours en réparation des dommages éventuellement subis, sera remboursé immédiatement des sommes déjà versées. Il recevra en outre une indemnité au moins égale à la pénalité qu’il aurait supportée si l’annulation était intervenue de son fait à cette date.
HEURE D’ARRIVEE
Le client doit se présenter le jour précisé de la réservation entre 17h et 19h. Prévenir en cas d’arrivée après 19 heures.
Pour une arrivée autre que dans les horaires fixés ci-dessus, le client devra avoir l’accord du propriétaire (possibilité de dépôt de bagages dans la journée par exemple).
HEURE DE DEPART
L’heure de départ des chambres doit se faire avant 11h00.
REGLEMENT DU SOLDE DE L’HEBERGEMENT
Le solde du séjour sera à régler à l’arrivée. Les modes de règlement acceptés sont espèces, chèques, chèques vacances ou virement bancaire si la durée du séjour permet de constater le versement effectif sur le compte bancaire du Clos d’Any. La carte bancaire n’est pas acceptée.
CHANGEMENT DE CHAMBRE
Sans que le client ne puisse se prévaloir d’aucune indemnité, l’exploitant se réserve la possibilité de changer la chambre initialement réservée par le client par une chambre de même capacité ou de capacité supérieure. Dans un tel cas, le coût de la réservation reste inchangé.
