The Hotel de l'Est is a former 18th century post house that has retained its charm of yesteryear. This dayuse hotel houses the room where Joan of Arc stayed during her stay at Saint Florentin.
In 2019, the community of the communes of Serein and Armance, under the chairmanship of Mr. Yves Delot becomes the owner and decides to launch large-scale renovation in order to restore to this hotel-restaurant letters of nobility to a historic tourist attraction of Saint Florentin.
